Steph Catudal is the author of the New York Times Bestseller Everything All At Once, a memoir that chronicles her discovery of the universality of grief and the redemptive power of love through her husband’s 84 day lung cancer struggle while on life support. Juxtaposed against the experience of losing her father to lung cancer at the age of 14, Steph explores both the rage and beauty of suffering, offering hope to anyone who has experienced love and loss.

A trained interpersonal mediator, Steph has a Masters degree in Media, Peace and Conflict studies and has worked as an Assistant Professor in Media and Peace building. Though she was born and raised in Montreal, Quebec, Steph is a beach nomad at heart, and spent most of her pre-motherhood life traveling around Guatemala, Hawaii, Costa Rica and Brazil.

She currently lives with her husband, their three daughters and one fluffy Pomeranian.
